Henry gets some new tricks...

Today I picked Henry up at Laura's office and we were playing in the Convertible and the Explorer. Last week he figured out how to open, and is now capable of opening, the doors on the Mustang from outside. Today he demonstrated repeatedly that he can now open the doors from the inside. So now greater care will be needed in watching him playing in the cars. While playing in the Explorer he demonstrated the fine art of "toddler calesthenics" while making his way from the cargo bay to the front seats.

Henry also made the rounds at Laura's office. I also took him to the Dog Pen at the Doggie Day Care situated kitty-corner behind Laura's office building. It was cool, noisy but cool. He kept saying Zeus' name after we visited with the other puppies.

Before we left Henry was playing in Laura's office and started talking on one of the many phone handsets. He was putting it up to his ear and saying "Hello", when Laura asked who was on the phone he answered "Nana" (Shar).

After we all got home Laura had Henry perform various sounds for me...like the noise a cow makes, the noise a cat makes, and the noise a mouse makes. By the time we got to the mouse Henry became distracted by some toy cars so I still haven't heard what noise a mouse makes.

Just another fun day with Henry!
