2 Lessons Learned Last Week

Number 1: Always check the diaper bag before you leave ...regardless of whether or not you are with your child. This is because you dear husband will assume that the diaper bag has DIAPERS in it (because it usually does, except for some choice situations). This will mean that your loving husband and father of your child will have to run out to the store (while in Brighton oogling his friend Jim's new woodworking equipment) to get the diapers...and while doing so a woman that is not paying attention may hit the (your) car that he is driving. (fyi...everyone was ok, only minor car damage)

Number 2: Take good care of your laptop power cable. If you don't pay attention to how you set your computer down all the time, the connector piece may get bent. If it does and you are sitting on the couch with your laptop in your lap, make sure you move the cord out of the way of oncoming traffic...so that your beloved 100 pound Rottweiller does not run through tripping over the cord and pulling the connector piece from the cable indefinitely. (hence, I'm not on the computer as much this week because the new cable (that dear husband order for his silly wife) has not arrived yet.
