It made me realize what a rough year it has been on my body and energy level - and how seldom I've gone on what used to be my daily walk. Especially when Henry didn't recognize things, people, and houses we used to talk about all the time. I remember when he used to point out every "raj" (garage) - especially the ones with open doors.
On this walk he was yelling out to neighbors, "See our adorable baby! We have an adorable baby now!!!"
My how quickly things change. : )
